Skincare is a highly personal matter, and due to the complex chemistry involved, not all products are universally effective for everyone. A product's unsuitability for an individual does not necessarily indicate a lack of quality. As a small, independent shop, we are unable to accept returns of products that cannot be resold.

Return Policy: Any full-price, unopened items may be returned for exchange or store credit only, within 14 days of receiving your order.
We do not offer refunds on any products and will not accept used products back.
All sale items are final sale and we do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping and for that reason, we recommend opting for tracked shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
International orders Customs/ Duties:
If you have placed an order shipping to a destination outside Canada, customs and import duties will be levied by the client's local government on top of our shipping cost. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. This can range from 10% to 40% of the order value. Items will be shipping from Vancouver Canada, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Canadian Dollars.
