GENERAL:

our website is up to-date with information, bookings, products and inventory. what you see online is reflected in store. 

Refill Program: We offer refills on almost all house brand products. Simply bring in your clean bottles to refill and we will either fill your original bottles on the spot or trade you for a new bottle or jar with a  20% discount. Some bottles don't require washing, like the Everywhere Wash and Everywhere Lotion, bring in those when empty, no need to wash out, unless they ave been sitting around for ages half empty. Please only bring us products you bought directly from us. 

What is your returns policy? Any full-price, unopened items may be returned for exchange or store credit only, within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds on any products and will not accept used products back.

Gift Cards: Once a gift card has been purchased and issued we have no access to it, please treat like cash. Take a picture of the QR code, save to your apple pay or copy the 16 digit code down.

Where are you located? We are at 3638 Main Street, Vancouver. There is side street parking nearby and a couple of paid parking spots right out front if you're lucky enough to get them! We are also transit friendly and our store is wheelchair accessible. 

SPA:

Can you accommodate multiple clients at one time? Our private, cozy skincare studio accommodates only one client at a time. Services are open from 9:30am - 5:30pm

Payment for Spa services? We require a valid credit card at the time of booking to hold the spot but no charges will be made until after your appointment or in the case of a "no-show". 

We include tax and tip in the service price you see online and ensure that our esthetician's are well compensated for their time. 

If you have a gift card, select 'reserve without paying' & can enter the 16 digit number in the notes section at the time of booking or bring the gift card with you to your appointment. 

Rescheduling and cancelling appointments? Any changes to your appointment can be made through your email confirmation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Up until this point, you may reschedule or cancel for a full refund. 

Cancellations or re-scheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will not be eligible for refund. 

If collecting points select 'Reserve without Paying' and pay in store at time of service to use and collect points. 

If you paid in full at time of booking, we will manually refund you when we receive the cancellation notice, refunds take 3-5 business days to appear. Email us to confirm you cancelled and need a refund shoppe@sunjalink.com

I booked an appointment but have no email confirmation? Please ensure the correct email was provided when checking out and check junk/spam folders. All bookings and orders receive an email confirmation when completed. If you did not receive one, the order was not completed properly. 

 

ONLINE ORDERS:

I received a gift-card, how can I use it online? Once you reach payment options at checkout, there will be a box to input the 16 digit code provided with your gift card.

I bought a gift-card for a friend but they haven't received it yet? check all your email folders, they can end up in the junk mail. 

Do you offer free shipping? All orders over $200 within Canada receive free shipping. 

 Other shipping prices? $16 flat rate within Canada. $20 express shipping within Canada. We also offer worldwide shipping for those orders going further afield. 

I placed an order but did not receive an email confirmation? Please check junk/spam folders if you do not see it in your inbox. If you still do not see the confirmation, reach out to us by phone or email to ensure the correct email was inputed and the order was placed. 

When will my in-store pickup be ready? You will receive a pick-up notification once your order has been prepared. Please wait until you have this email before coming to collect!

How can I track my online order? A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent to you when your order has been shipped. All domestic orders will be sent via Canada Post. International orders are shipped via Canada Post or USPS Priority International. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your item processed. Shipping times vary depending on where you are located. If your order is time sensitive, please select express shipping at checkout. 

Note that once the item is shipped and in the hands of the carrier, we only have access to the same tracking information you can see through your confirmation. 

We are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in the mail. If any of these things happen to your order,  you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. 

Customs/ Duties? 

If you have placed an order shipping to a destination outside Canada, customs and import duties will be levied by the client's local government on top of our shipping cost. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. This can range from 10% to 40% of the order value. Items will be shipping from Vancouver Canada, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Canadian Dollars.
